The City of Fort Worth is working with its partners at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Texas Department of Health and Human Services, and Tarrant County Public Health to closely monitor the COVID-19 outbreak.

Temperature screenings at public-facing city facilities are currently taking place. Those entering city facilities during normal business hours will have their temperature checked using a forehead thermometer, and people with a temperature of 99.6 degrees or more will be asked to leave, and to contact their health care provider. This includes city employees. View the facility handout.(PDF, 233KB)
