Assistant City Attorney I
Christopher Mullins joined the City Attorney’s Office in January of 2022. He currently works in the General Services and Land Use and Regulatory Compliance sections of the Transactional Division. His primary responsibilities include advising City staff on water-related matters and assisting with public information requests.
Education
Prior to working for the City, Mr. Mullins worked for the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality where he litigated enforcement cases involving water quality, air, waste, public water systems, and other environmental programs. His experience also includes work with environmental non-profits on water-related matters and advocacy on behalf of clients before members of the Texas Legislature.
