Harvey Frye began his career in the City Attorney’s Office more than thirty years ago and spent approximately nine years with the city before going into private practice. After twenty plus years in private practice, Mr. Frye returned to the City Attorney’s Office in September 2006.

Prior Experience

During Mr. Frye’s prior employment with the City Attorney’s Office, he was responsible for Municipal Court prosecution and defense of personal injury and workers’ compensation lawsuits. While in private practice, he primarily handled personal injury defense.
