Jo Ann Gunn joined the City Attorney’s Office in April 2016 and works with real estate matters. Her responsibilities include legal matters related to housing development and grant funds from the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development administered by the Neighborhood Services Department pertaining to housing and public services. Additionally, she works with the Police Department regarding towing matters and helps with emergency response through the City’s Office of Emergency Management.

Prior Experience

Before joining the City Attorney’s Office, Ms. Gunn worked as an attorney at SafeHaven of Tarrant County. She also completed internships with the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office and the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
