Text HELLO to 817-835-MYFW (6939). The trick to using the texting feature is to keep it simple. One-word requests work best. For example: pothole. Once submitted, the request will go directly to the appropriate city work team for a quick response.
Download the MyFW mobile app. My Fort Worth (MyFW) is the official app for residents and visitors to quickly and easily report issues to the City of Fort Worth, 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Provide a brief description, photos and use a map-based location feature to submit issues like graffiti, potholes or high grass. Once submitted, the request will go directly to the appropriate city work team. You can even view the status of the request in the app and receive a notification when the work is complete.

City Call Center Specialists are ready to assist you Monday through Friday from 7am until 6pm and Saturday from 7am until 4pm.
