The Vivian J. Lincoln branch library grand opening is currently scheduled for Saturday, July 8 at 9:30 am. With an outpouring of support from the community, the name for the library was selected in 2022 to honor a career educator and beloved community member, Vivian J. Lincoln.
The art commissioned by Fort Worth Public Art for this location is designed to be uniquely reflective of what brings our community together, what forms our roots; to reflect the things we remember, the the things we love and respect. All residents are encouraged to contribute quotes, memories, photos, videos and much more.
