Immersive Opera in the Library
Next date: Thursday, October 12, 2023 | 06:30 PM
to 07:30 PM
Experience opera from the inside!
This is your chance to embrace your inner hero or diva and to be a part of an exceptional musical experience that blurs the line between the performers and the audience! The performance will encourage spectators to follow the story through feeling, sight and soundscape as they are surrounded by the unfolding story while it moves through the library.
The immersive opera will feature original music by musician/composer/director Nathan Felix, who has written symphonies and created original operas that have been performed in nontraditional settings, from buses to museums. Local soprano Tabatha Hogan will be featured along with other talented area performers. The music features arias about love, hopes and dreams.
As part of the cultural fiber of Fort Worth, your library celebrates the arts in all forms. We designed this arts program for adults.
