Chief Neil Noakes has been a Fort Worth Police officer for more than 20 years. As a parent and Library supporter, Chief Noakes is an experienced story time reader.
He enjoys working with Fort Worth youth in programs like Operation Program, Read2Win, All Pro Dad and the City of Fort Worth Education Initiative.
He enjoys visiting area schools and attending community events to meet residents. Chief Noakes is a life-long learner who has studied criminal justice and earned degrees from Tarleton State University and Texas Christian University.
