2023 Adopted Comprehensive Plan

 The majority of the 2023 Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the City Council at a public hearing on March 21, 2023. Chapter 4: Land Use and Appendix C: Land Use by Sector, excluding the Southeast Planning Sector, were adopted by the City Council at a public hearing on August 8, 2023. Chapter 4: Land Use and the Southeast Planning Sector Future Land Use were adopted by City Council at a public hearing on November 14, 2023.
