Need to report issues? You have several options

Published on May 08, 2020

Today and every day, the City of Fort Worth is here to help. Fort Worth residents and visitors can quickly and easily report issues to city staff in several ways:

MyFW app

After downloading the app, users can provide a brief description, photos and use a map-based location feature to submit issues like graffiti, potholes or high grass. Once submitted, the request will go directly to the appropriate city work team for a quick response. The user can view the status of the request in the app and receive a notification when the work is complete.

Download MyFW on the App Store or Google Play.

Text

Text hello to 817-835-MYFW (6939). The trick to using the texting feature is to keep it simple. One-word requests work best. For example: pothole. Once submitted, the request will go directly to the appropriate city work team for a quick response. To chat with a representative, text message. A call center representative will then text back to ask specific questions about your service request.

Chat

From the city’s website, the chat feature is available to ask questions directly to a call center representative. When chat is available on the page, a blue box will appear in the bottom right of the screen.

Call Center

Call 817-392-1234, email or use the city .
