A quick and easy way to report water problems

Have you spotted a water main break or a sewer overflowing? Are you without water service?

Use the My Fort Worth app to report it.

Fort Worth water customers and residents can now report a variety of water-related issues to the city using the MyFW app. Once submitted, the request will go directly to the water utility for a quick response.

The user can view the status of the request in the app and receive notification when the work is complete.

Fort Worth introduced the app in 2019 to collect service requests for Code Compliance, Human Resources, Park & Recreation and Transportation & Public Works.

For water-related issues, use the app to report such issues as sewer overflows, leaks and water main breaks, missing or broken meter lids, water theft, water violations, no water service, water pressure issues and all other sewer concerns.
