Existing water and/or sewer lines will be replaced and the streets will be restored with asphalt pavement. The affected streets include:

Council District 3

• Bellaire Circle from Ranch View Road to the north cul-de-sac (water & sewer); 
• Ranch View Road from South Hulen Street to Bellaire Circle (water & sewer); 
• Overton Park Drive East at the intersection with Ranch View Road (30-inch diameter sewer); 
• South Hills Circle from Bellaire Circle to Bellaire Circle (water).

Council District 3 and Council District 9

• Westcliff Road South from Stadium Drive, west to the dead end (water).

This project impacts the Westcliff West neighborhood association, Overton Park neighborhood association, Westcliff West neighborhood association, Tanglewood neighborhood association, and Bluebonnet Hills neighborhood association.
