Water mains and sewer mains will be replaced in an area that spans from Interstate 30 to the north, Bryant Irvin Road to the west, Marion Avenue to the south and Little Street to the east. City-owned lead service lines will also be removed and replaced. 

Desert Ridge and Kilpatrick Avenue Infrastructure Improvements include:

• Desert Ridge Drive from Camp Bowie Boulevard/State Hwy. 377 to Southwest Boulevard/State Hwy. 183 (water and paving).
•  Kilpatrick Avenue from Bryant Irvin Road North to Halloran Street (water and paving).

This project phase is in Council District 3.

Avenue J and Avenue K Infrastructure Improvements include:

• Avenue J from Collard Street to Little Street (water and paving) - Council District 8;
• Avenue K from Collard Street to Bishop Street (water and paving) - Council District 5.

This project phase is in Council District 5 and Council District 8. 

Marion Avenue Infrastructure Improvements include:

• Marion Avenue from New York Avenue to Mississippi Avenue (water, sewer, paving);
• Alley between East Mulkey Street and Marion Avenue from New York Avenue to Mississippi Avenue (sewer).

This project phase is in Council District 8.
