Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by I-35W South Freeway to the west, Arlington Avenue to the north, the Fort Worth and Western Railroad to the east and East Jessamine Street to the south.

The streets and alleys that are impacted include:

• East Davis Avenue from Mississippi Avenue to the east dead end (water);
• East Davis Avenue from I-35W South Freeway to Evans Avenue (water);
• Harvey Avenue from I-35W South Freeway to the east dead end (water and sewer);
• East Powell Avenue from I-35W South Freeway to Mississippi Avenue (water and sewer);
• East Jessamine Street from I-35W South Freeway to New York Avenue (water);
• Evans Avenue from East Davis Avenue to Harvey Avenue (water);
• Delaware Avenue from East Davis Avenue to Harvey Avenue (water);
• Alley between East Davis Avenue and Harvey Avenue from I-35W South Freeway to Evans Avenue (water and sewer);
• Alley between East Davis Avenue and Harvey Avenue from Mississippi Avenue to east 185 feet (sewer);
• Alley between Harvey Avenue and East Powell Avenue from Mississippi Avenue to Beverly Avenue (sewer);
• Alley between East Powell Avenue and East Jessamine Street from Mississippi Avenue to 315 feet east (sewer).

This project is in Council District 8 and impacts the United Communities Association.
