Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in streets and easements in an area that is east of I-35W, south of I-30, west of Weiler Boulevard and north of I-20.

The affected streets and easements include:

Council District 4

• Easement east of Colony Hill Road from 512 feet east of the Wilson Road/Colony Hill Road intersection to northeasterly 117 feet then northerly 240 feet (sewer) 
• Easement between Wilson Road and Weiler Boulevard from 245 feet south of Brentwood Stair Road to west 120 feet (sewer)
• Easement west of Weiler Boulevard from 555 feet southwesterly of the Chimney Rock Road/Weiler Boulevard intersection to west 315 feet (sewer)

All Council District 4 segments are in the Central Meadowbrook neighborhood association and the Neighborhoods of East Fort Worth

Council District 5

• Pate Drive from Hardeman Street to Killian Street (water and sewer) - Fairhaven neighborhood association

Council District 8

• Bessie  Street from Virginia Avenue to Luxton Street (water) - Historic Southside neighborhood association - Glenwood Triangle neighborhood association and United Communities Association
• East Tucker Street from Virginia Avenue to Luxton Street (water) - Historic Southside neighborhood association and United Communities Association

• Alley between Berke Road and Sahara Place from 260 feet north of East Broadus Street to north 305 feet (sewer) - Oakridge Terrace neighborhood association
• Easement south of Brown Drive from 170 feet north of Oak Grove Road to east 385 feet (sewer)
• Oakland Boulevard from 255 feet north Lancaster Avenue to north 875 feet (sewer) - West Meadowbrook neighborhood association and Neighborhoods of East Fort Worth
• Easement south of Meadowbrook Drive from a location on Sargent Street/615 feet south of the Meadowbrook Drive/Sargent Street intersection to east 255 feet (sewer) - West Meadowbrook neighborhood association and Neighborhoods of East Fort Worth
