Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in areas on both sides of I-35W South. The project is bound by East Waggoman Street to the north, Union Pacific Railroad to the east, Bob Bolen Public Safety Complex and Sycamore Creek to the south and College Avenue to the west.

The affected area includes:

• East Fuller Avenue from Felix Street to Cole Street (water and sewer);
• Easement 100 feet east of Felix Street from East Fuller Avenue to 180 feet northwest of East Fuller Avenue (sewer);
• West Hammond Street from College Avenue to the east dead end at the Union Pacific Railroad tracks (water);
• May Street from West Hammond Street to West Spurgeon Street (water);
• West Spurgeon Street from Hemphill Street to the east dead end at the Union Pacific Railroad tracks (water);
• East Waggoman Street from the I-35 northbound frontage road to the east dead end at the Union Pacific Railroad tracks (water and sewer).

This project is in Council District 9. Construction may impact the Brentmoor neighborhood association and United Communities.
