Hudson Oaks & Willow Park Water Transmission Main Extension

The cities of Hudson Oaks and Willow Park are two of more than 30 entities that are wholesale water customers of the City of Fort Worth. Hudson Oaks and Willow Park plan to jointly fund a water transmission main extension from Fort Worth to Willow Park. The projects include an 18-inch approach water main, a wholesale water meter station, storage and distribution facilities. 

The main will parallel Interstate 20, starting at the intersection of FM 3325 and Interstate 20 in Fort Worth, and extend west through Fort Worth's extraterritorial jurisdiction (ETJ) in to Parker County. The extension will end at a proposed storage tank and pump station in the vicinity of El Chico Trail in the city of Willow Park. 

At the conclusion of the project, the portion of the main in Fort Worth's ETJ and the wholesale meter station located at the new storage and distribution facility within Willow Park will be dedicated to and operated and maintained by Fort Worth.
