Water and sewer mains will be replaced in a one-block area east of I-35W between Marion Avenue and East Mulkey Street. The affected area includes:

• Marion Avenue from New York Avenue to Mississippi Avenue (water, sewer, paving);
• Alley between East Mulkey Street and Marion Avenue from New York Avenue to Mississippi Avenue (sewer).
