Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Rockwood Park Drive to the north, North Bailey Avenue to the east, Crestwood Terrace to the south and Rockwood Park Drive to the west.

The affected area includes:  

• Cresthaven Terrace from Rockwood Park Drive to North Bailey Avenue (water and sewer);
• Rockwood Park Drive from Lakewood Road to south 350 feet (sewer);
• Northwood Road from Rockwood Park Drive to Wildwood Road (water and sewer);
• Ridgewood Road from Cresthaven Terrace to Crestwood Terrace (water and sewer);
• Englewood Lane/Edgefield Road/Sherwood Drive from Northwood Road to North Bailey Avenue (water and sewer);
• Rear of lots between Springbrook Drive  and Edgefield Road from north 395 feet of Lakewood Road to north 550 feet (sewer);
• Rear of lots between North Bailey Avenue and Edgefield Road from Wildwood Road to south 265 feet (sewer);
• Rear of lots between Rockwood Park Drive and North Bailey Avenue from Cresthaven Terrace to north 175 feet (sewer);
• Rear of lots between Sherwood Drive and Cresthaven Terrace from Rockwood Park Drive to east 630 feet (sewer).  

This project is in Council District 7 and impacts the Crestwood neighborhood association and the Westside Alliance.
