Ryan Place, Rosemont and Paschal Area Water and Sewer Improvements

Existing water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in streets and alleys in an area bound by Cantey Street to the north, the railroad to the east, Dickson Street to the south and Waits Avenue to the west.

This project also includes design work - southeast of the TCU area - to replace a 390-foot segment of an existing water main that is close to collapsing. The segment crosses Sycamore Creek, north of East Seminary Drive and east of Carter Park Drive.

This capital improvement project is in Council District 9. Construction will impact the University Place, Frisco Heights, Paschal, Ryan Place Improvement and Las Familias de Rosemont neighborhood associations. Ryan Place Park is also in the construction area.
