Existing sanitary sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by Hilltop Road to the north, Manderly Place to the south, Bellaire Circle to the west and Carolyn Road to the east. Cast iron water mains are being replaced with this project.

• Carolyn Road from Brady Avenue to South Hills Avenue
• Trail Lake Drive from Manderly Place to South Hills Avenue
• Norfolk Road from Brighton Road to Carolyn Road
• Alton Road from South Hills Avenue to West Biddison Street
• South Hills Avenue from Bellaire Circle to Carolyn Road

Water Main Replacements

• Anita Avenue from Suffolk Drive to Corto Avenue
• Manderly Place from Trail Lake Drive to Winslow Drive
• Suffolk Drive from Trail Lake Drive to Winslow Drive
• Dryden Road from Trail Lake Drive to Brighton Road
• Brighton Road from Dryden Road to Bellaire Circle

Sewer Main Replacements

• Easement between West Biddison Street and Shelby Drive from Alton Road to Bellaire Circle
• Easement between Shelby Drive and South Hills Drive from Alton Road, then west 1,000 feet
• Easement between Brighton Road and Somerset Lane from Bellaire Circle , then southeast 900 feet
• Easement between Winslow Drive and Suffolk Drive from Trail Lake Drive, then west 100 feet then northwest 200 feet then west 200 feet
• Easement between Suffolk Drive and Manderly Place from Trail Lake Drive, then west 170 feet then northwest 230 feet then northwest 300 feet
• Easement between Suffolk Drive and Manderly Place from 400 feet west and 180 feet south of the Trail Lake Drive and Suffolk Drive intersection, then northwesterly 200 feet then northeasterly 50 feet
• Easement between Winslow Dive and Manderly Place from Manderly Place then northeast 120 feet, then southeast 140 feet

This project is in Fort Worth Council District 3. Construction will impact the Westcliff neighborhood association and the Westcliff West neighborhood association. Landmarks include WP McLean Middle School and the WP McLean 6th Grade Center.
