Street & Transportation Improvements

The WJ Boaz Road design plans include widening  Boaz (Boat Club Road (FM 1220) to Elkins School Road) to a four-lane road. 

Additional features include:

  • New street lights
  • Bike and pedestrian path
  • Sidewalks
  • Drainage improvements
  • Water relocation

 

This project is in Council Districts 2 & 7.

The Project Engineer was informed of a non-related  developer led project as it will impact mobility. The Development Services Department is overseeing a closure for the WJ Boaz Road between Elkins School Road and Old Decatur Road. For more information:
