Family Science at Northwest

Next date: Wednesday, October 18, 2023 | 06:30 PM to 07:30 PM

Let's make some memories while we learn!

Families, come join us as we learn about a different science concept each month! Each month we will test our different hypotheses and practice the scientific method! First come, first served while supplies last.

As a destination for discovery, your Fort Worth Public Library is a location for learners of any age.  We designed this program for families to enjoy together.

Spring programs:

  • Aug. 16: Owl Pellets (This program is a scientific experiment.)
  • Sept. 20: Plate Tectonics
  • Oct. 18: Impact Craters (Mission2Mars)
  • Nov. 15: Grow a Grass Head
