The City Council will hold a Special Called Meeting on Thursday, October 21, 2021, at 9 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss and draw redistricting maps. The meeting will take place in the City Council Conference Room, Room 2020 at City Hall.

The City of Fort Worth adopted a tax rate that will raise more taxes for maintenance and operations than last year's tax rate.
Fort Worth is constructing a 48-inch sewer main, parallel to an existing 33-inch sewer main on Thomas Road. The 48-inch main will be located just west of Thomas Road, from Lower Birdville Road north to Orval Court. This new main will be located within the city limits of Haltom City, north of Hwy. 121, east of Haltom Road and southwest of Little Fossil Creek. This project is making way for a new school. The upsizing of the main will be done before Haltom City reconstructs the roadway.
