The Fort Worth City Council work session will be conducted at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, in Room 2020 at City Hall, 200 Texas St.

  • Informal reports: Federal legislative and administrative agenda; sales tax update; amendment to tax abatement agreement with Raider Express; extension of employment completion deadline for Smart Action LLC Chapter 380 agreement; competitive grants for the arts program; curfew ordinance for minors; Fort Worth-Tarrant County innovation partnership; firearms taken in application of the violent crime strategy; mental health training for Fort Worth Police officers; Police and Fire departments internal and external boards; priority of responses to 911 calls about threats of violence at childcare facilities and elementary schools; reasonable distances from which residents may observe police activity at crime scenes and traffic stops; training opportunities for Fort Worth Police officers by rank; pay adjustments for retention, recruitment and market competitiveness; Transportation & Public Works director recruitment process; citations for contractor violations; update on City meeting broadcasting.
