Street & Transportation Improvements

Cromwell Marine Creek Road will be widened to a four-lane divided road.

The project scope includes:

Right-of-way acquisition
Drainage improvements
Pedestrian lanes
Street lights
New bridge over Marine Creek
Modifications to Marine Creek Parkway roundabout in coordination with the Texas Department of Transportation.
Signalized intersections at Bob Hanger/Huffines Boulevard, Bowman Roberts Road, and Crystal Lake Drive

This project is in Council Districts 2 and 7.

April 2025 Project Update

Construction on the bridge is planned to be finished.
Paving operations will continue.
