Improvements include:

• Large storm drain that can surpass flooding with a 1% chance of occurring in a year.
• Haltom Road will be widened
• Installation of 5’ sidewalk and 10’ wide side path 
• Erosion control measures
• Guardrails
• Fences
• Street Lights
