Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by NW 35^th Street to the north, North Grove Street and the Union Pacific Railroad/Santa Fe Railroad to the east, NW 31^st Street to the south and Loving Avenue to the west.

This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 2.

Cast iron water lines will be replaced in

• West Long Avenue
• Clinton Avenue
• North Houston Street
• North Main Street/Business 287
• North Commerce
• North Calhoun Street

Water and sewer lines will be replaced in:

• Long Avenue from  Loving Avenue to the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way
• North Main Street from NE 34^th Street to NW 32^nd Street

Water lines will be replaced in streets and right-of-way:

• Clinton Avenue from NW 34^th Street to NW 32^nd Street
• Chestnut Avenue from West Long Avenue to 550 feet south
• Columbus Avenue right-of-way  from West Long Avenue to 100 feet south
• North Calhoun Street from East Long Avenue to NE 34^th Street
• North Commerce Street from East Long Avenue to NE 34^th Street
• North Houston Street from NW 34^th Street to NW 32^nd Street

Sewer lines will be replaced in easements:

• Between North Houston Street and Ellis Avenue from West Long Avenue to NW 32^nd Street
• West of Ross Avenue from 200 feet west of the Ross Avenue and NW 32^nd Street intersection to 1,350 feet north
• Between Lee Avenue and Prospect Avenue from NW 32^nd Street to West Long Avenue
• Between Prospect Avenue and Refugio Avenue from NW 32^nd Street to West Long Avenue
• South of West Long Avenue from 185 feet east and 300 feet south of the West Long Avenue/Refugio Avenue intersection to 725 feet east
• Between Pearl Avenue and Chestnut Avenue from West Long Avenue to NW 32^nd Street
• East of the intersection of East Long Avenue and North Calhoun Street from East Long Avenue, then to the south 590 feet
• West of the East Long Avenue and Calhoun Street intersection from East Long Avenue to NE 34^th Street
• North of East Long Avenue from Calhoun Street to 150 feet west
• West of North Calhoun Street from 150 feet west of the North Calhoun Street/NE 32^nd Street intersection to 110 feet northwesterly  then 130 feet north
• Between the North Main Street and North Commerce Street intersection  from East Long Avenue to 650 feet south and 150 feet southeasterly
• Between West Long Avenue and NW 32^nd Street from 175 feet west and 320 feet north of the Ellis Avenue and NW 32^nd Street intersection, then, 940 feet east
• Easement south of West Long Avenue from 475 feet east of the North Main Street and NE 32^nd Street intersection then 610 feet east
