Construction will impact Westport Parkway, Golden Triangle Boulevard and Heritage Trace Parkway.

In June 2009, the Texas Department of Transportation entered into a 10-year agreement with North Tarrant Express Mobility Partners to identify and construct highway improvements in the northeastern part of Tarrant County, including parts of Interstate 35W, Interstate Hwy. 820, and State Highway 183 corridors within the city of Fort Worth.
