An RFEI, or "Request for Expression of Interest", gives developers an opportunity to express their interest in developing available sites in the city. This includes submitting their overall vision for the property if they're chosen as the location's master developer.
For RFEI projects, developer responses are scored by a committee of community stakeholders, and the top responses will be shared for public comment before the final proposal is selected.
Projects that are candidates for the City's RFEI process will be posted here, as they become available. They will also be updated with information about the progress of the project, upcoming public meetings, etc. so that residents can remain informed.
The Berry-Stalcup RFEI focuses on a vacant lot located at 5401 and 5425 E. Berry Street. At this time, Innovan Neighborhoods, LLC and Legacy Construction Solutions are working together on the project.
Hoque Global was selected as the master developer for the Evans & Rosedale Urban Village, located in Fort Worth's Historic Southside.
