PREBID CONFERENCE –
A prebid conference will not be held as discussed in the Section 00 21 13 – INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS
Since a prebid conference is not being held, prospective bidders can email questions or comments in accordance with Section 6 of the Instructions to Bidders referenced above to the project manager(s) at the email address listed. Emailed questions will suffice as “questions in writing” and the requirement to formally main questions is suspended. If necessary, Addenda will be issues pursuant to the Instructions to Bidders.
