Discover the fundamentals of Yang-style Taiji, one of the most widely practiced forms of Tai Chi.

This introductory program explores its flowing movements, foundational postures, and principles of balance, relaxation, and energy cultivation. Whether you're new to Taiji or looking to refine your practice, this session offers a gentle, meditative approach to improving flexibility, coordination, and overall well-being. Space is limited.

About the presenter

Ronald C. Smith, a retired U.S. Air Force colonel, has been exploring ancient Chinese health practices or over 20 years and sharing them with his taiji quan students. He co-authored a book with Antonio M. Carmone called Shadows of Mawangdui: Animating the Silk Daoyintu.
