This Fort Worth Water Capital Project Delivery improvement project area is bound by Slocum Avenue to the north, Chapin Road to the south, Alta Mere Drive to the east and Cork Place to the west.

The City of Benbrook is adjacent to the west and south side of the project.

This is a cast iron water main replacement project. Cast iron water mains will be replaced in six of the 11 segments.

Marquita Drive from Camp Bowie Boulevard West to the Weatherford Traffic Circle – cast iron
Ramona Drive from Chapel Avenue to Chapin Road – cast iron and PVC
Bonnie Drive from Camp Bowie Boulevard West to Ruby Place – cast iron
Reagan Drive from Camp Bowie Boulevard West to Chapin Road – cast iron
Norman Avenue from Williams Road to Reagan Drive – cast iron

Alta Mere Drive – northbound and southbound – from Slocum Avenue to Camp Bowie Boulevard West
Camp Bowie Boulevard West (eastbound and westbound) from Alta Mere Drive to South Cherry Lane
Joyce Drive from Camp Bowie Boulevard West to Alta Mere Drive
Chapin Road from Cork Place to Williams Road
Cherry Lane from Doreen Avenue to Camp Bowie Boulevard

Sewer Main (only) Replacement

Ruby Place from Reagan Drive to Ramona Drive

This Fort Worth Water Capital Project Delivery project is in Fort Worth Council District 3. The project will impact adjacent neighborhood groups including the Ridglea Area Neighborhood Alliance and Ridglea Hills neighborhood association to the east, and Western Hills North neighborhood association to the northwest.

Landmarks include Western Hills High School, Waverly Park Elementary School, and the Weatherford Traffic Circle.
