The registered vehicle owner or operator may contest a parking citation in person within 21 calendar days from the date of citation.
Parking hearings are held inside the A.D. Marshall Public Safety & Courts Building, 1000 Throckmorton Street, during the following times:
- 8am - 11:30am M-F
- 2pm - 4pm M-F
Due to others hearings and court-related matters, please realize the above schedule could change. You may call the Fort Worth Municipal Court ahead of time to verify the scheduling.
If dissatisfied with the hearing officer’s decision, the person found liable may appeal to the Fort Worth Municipal Court no later than 30 days after the filing of the hearing officer’s order.
