Sold Vehicles

If you sold your vehicle before the date and time of the citation, be sure to submit the following paperwork:

  • complete an affidavit of non-ownership(PDF, 88KB) and make sure it gets notarized
  • a copy of the bill of sale signed by the seller and buyer
  • a copy of the title signed by the seller and buyer
  • any other supporting documentation such as a copy of the vehicle transfer notification form or a copy of a letter from the insurance company indicating when coverage ended
