System maintenance will occur on Sunday, November 13 from midnight to noon and on Sunday, Nov. 20 from 2 a.m. to 5 a.m. You cannot make payments online or by phone during these maintenance windows. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Online payments for residential customers now go through the MyH2O portal, where customers can also view their water use by the day or by the hour. The data is not available in real time but is available the next day. Previous bills and payment history are still available, too. Because of supply chain challenges, not all meters have the radios to send the data. These customers will only see monthly usage until radios supplies are received and connected to the meter.
- Existing customers who pay online will use the same login information (user email and password) the first time, but will immediately receive an email to reset the password. A screen pop-up will relay this information. There is no need to re-register your account.
- New users need their account number and cycle/route numbers to register. This information is on your billing statement or you can obtain it by calling 817-392-4477.
- The “one-time payment” option is still available for customers who do not want to register their account.
