Virtual meeting to discuss Colonial area water, sewer improvements

Hear the City’s plans for replacing an existing cast iron water main and a sewer line in the Colonial Country Club area.

Impacted streets:

  • Mockingbird Lane from the Simondale Drive/Mockingbird Lane intersection, westerly 1,650 feet (water and sewer).
  • Mockingbird Court from Mockingbird Lane to the cul-de-sac (water and sewer).
  • Hartwood Drive from Mockingbird Lane, southerly 160 feet (water).

This project is in Council District 3 and will impact the Colonial Hills and Tanglewood neighborhood associations.
