Avenue H to Ramey Avenue Area Water and Sewer Improvements

Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in streets and easements in an area that is bound by Avenue H to the north, Amanda Avenue to the east, Ramey Avenue to the south, and, South Hughes Avenue to the west.

Cast iron water mains will be removed with this Fort Worth Water capital improvement project.

Cast Iron Water Mains will be replaced in:

• Avenue L
• Avenue M
• Danner Street
• Willie Street
• Lloyd Avenue
• South Edgewood Terrace

Water and Sewer Main Replacements

• Langston Street from Chapman Street to Ramey Avenue
• Danner Street from Chapman Street to Ramey Avenue
• Avenue L from Lloyd Avenue to South Edgewood Terrace
• Willie Street from South Edgewood Terrace to Amanda Avenue

Water Main Replacements

• Lloyd Avenue from Avenue J to Avenue M
• South Edgewood Terrace from 50 feet south of the Willie Street/South Edgewood Terrace intersection to Chapman Street
• Avenue M from Lloyd Avenue to South Edgewood Terrace

Sewer Main Replacements

• Easement west of Lloyd Avenue from 120 feet north and 180 feet west of the Lloyd Avenue/Avenue I intersection to the south 1,480 feet
• Langston Street from Willie Street then north 400 feet
• Chapman Street from Danner Street to Amanda Avenue
• Easement south of Chapman Street from 270 feet south of the Chapman Street/Danner Street intersection then west 200 feet

This Fort Worth Water capital imprement project is in Council District 5. Construction will impact the Historic Stop 6 neighborhood association area and the Stop 6/Poly Oversight neighborhood association. Landmarks include Fort Worth Fire Station #3, Boys and Girls Club of Greater Tarrant County and several churches.
