Highland Hills Area Water and Sewer Improvements

Water and sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Oak Grove Road to the north, Oak Grove Road West to the east, Glasgow Road to the south, and Southeast Loop 820 to the west.

These water lines were selected for replacement because the existing material is cast iron. Fort Worth Water has pledged to remove up to 20 miles of cast iron water lines in Fiscal Year 2023.

Cast iron water mains will be replaced in:

• Savage Drive
• Conroy Street
• Hensley Drive
• Whitten Street
• Brandy Avenue
• Mansel Lane
• Roma Lane

Oak Grove Road from Whitten Street to 200 feet northwest of Hensley Drive

Water and Sewer Main Replacement

Savage Drive from 140 feet northwest of Conroy Street to Oak Grove Road West

Conroy Street from Hensley Drive to Glasgow Road

Hensley Road from Oak Grove Road to Glasgow Road

Whitten Street from Oak Grove Road to Glasgow Road

Bandy Avenue from Oak Grove Road to Glasgow Road

Roma Lane from Savage Drive to Oak Grove Road

This Fort Worth Water capital improvement project is in Fort Worth Council District 8, and the Highland Hills neighborhood association area. Landmarks include Highland Hills Park, New Mt Calvary Baptist Church, East St Paul Baptist Church, and Highland Hills Baptist Church.
