Installation of a three-lane undivided concrete pavement section. Improvements to Keller Hicks and Katy intersection include:

1. Left turn lanes
2. Traffic signal
3. Improved railroad crossing for cars and pedestrians 

• Project 103276 (Phase 2) - Keller Hicks Phase 2 - Park Vista Blvd to Lauren Way

 Installation of a three-lane undivided concrete pavement section from Park Vista to Lauren Way.  Improvements include:

1. Street lights
2. 10' sidewalks  
3. Traffic signal at Woodland Springs
4. Storm water drainage

This project is in Council District 10.

May 2025 Project Update

Keller Hicks Phase 1 - Lauren Way to US 377 : 

• The Keller Hicks Railroad Crossing will now reopen on or before May 23, 2025.

Keller Hicks Phase 2: 

• Design is complete
• Right of Way Acquisition is complete
• Utility Relocation to continue through early 2025
• Road Construction to begin early summer 2025
