Installation of a three-lane undivided concrete pavement section. Improvements to Keller Hicks and Katy intersection include:

1. Left turn lanes

2. Traffic signal

3. Improved railroad crossing for cars and pedestrians 

• Project 103276 (Phase 2) - Keller Hicks Phase 2 - Park Vista Blvd to Lauren Way

 Installation of a three-lane undivided concrete pavement section from Park Vista to Lauren Way.  Improvements include:

1. Street lights

2. 10' sidewalks  

3. Traffic signal at Woodland Springs

4. Storm water drainage

This project is in Council District 10.

August 2026 Project Update

Phase 2: 

Traffic Switch – Week of August 10, 2026

The contractor has finished two of the three new concrete lanes. During the week of August 10, traffic will be shifted onto these completed lanes, with one-way westbound traffic toward the Park Vista Roundabout. This temporary configuration will remain in place until conditions are safe to restore two-way traffic again.

The final lane and the south side driveways are expected to be completed by December 2026. The City will look to restore two-way traffic once grading and driveway work on the south side reach a safe condition for drivers.
