Water & Sanitary Sewer Imrpovements

Existing water and sewer mains will be replaced in two project areas - divided by Martin L King Jr. Fwy/Hwy. 287 – in East Fort Worth.

  • The eastern part is bound by Burchill Road at Mitchell Boulevard to the north; McKenzie Street, Titus Paulsel Park and Englewood Park to the east; Burchill Road South to the south; and Mitchell Boulevard and Cobb Park to the west.
  • The western part is bound by East Berry Street to the north; Mitchell Boulevard and The Shoppes at Renaissance Square to the east; East Berry Street South and Cobb Park to the south; and Sandgate Street and East Berry Street to the west.

The affected streets include the following.

Council District 5

  • Alleyway from Burchill Road to McKenzie Street (sewer)

Council District 8

  • Mitchell Boulevard from East Berry Street to Moresby Street (water and sewer)
  • East Berry Street from Canberra Court to Mitchell Boulevard (water)
  • Canberra Court from East Berry Street to Spiller Street (water and sewer)
  • Shropshire Street from Sandgate Street to Mitchell Boulevard (water and sewer)
  • Lowriemore Lane from Sandgate Street to Mitchell Boulevard (water and sewer)
  • Spiller Street from Sandgate Street to Mitchell Boulevard (water and sewer)
  • Rattkin Road from Sandgate Street to Mitchell Boulevard (water and sewer)
  • Moresby Street from Sandgate Street to Mitchell Boulevard (water and sewer)
  • Sandgate Street from East Berry Street South to Shropshire Street (water)

Council District 5 and Council District 8

  • Burchill Road from Mitchell Boulevard to Binkley Street (water)

Construction will impact the New Mitchell Boulevard and United Communities Association area.
