Existing sewer mains and water mains will be replaced in an area bound by 38^th Street to the north, Decatur Avenue to the east, 34^th Street to the south and Main Street/Business 287 to the west. Fort Worth Meacham International Airport is north of the project area.

This project area includes homes, businesses, churches and the H.V. Helbing Elementary School.

NE 36^th Street from N Grove Street to N Pecan Street (water)

NE 37th Street from N Nichols Street to Decatur Avenue (sewer)
Easement south of NE 38^th Street from the N Grove Street/NE 36^th Street intersection to west 390 feet (sewer)
Easement east of the Burleson Northern Santa Fe Railroad/Union Pacific Railroad from 390 feet west of the N Grove Street/NE 36^th Street intersection to north 490 feet (sewer)
N Grove Street from NE 36^th Street to NE 37^th Street (sewer)

Easement between N Grove Street and N Pecan Street from NE 36th Street to south 320 feet (sewer)
