Water and sewer mains will be replaced in the North Side and Diamond Hill-Jarvis neighborhoods. The project is bound by NE 31st Street to the north, Schadt Street to the east, NW 25th Street to the south and Roosevelt Avenue to the west.

 The affected streets include:

• Schadt Street from NE 28th Street to NE 31st Street (water);
• Market Avenue from NW 25th Street to NW 26th Street (water);
• Prospect Avenue from Cliff Street to south 470 feet (sewer);
• Columbus Avenue from NW 26th Street to NW 28th Street (water and sewer);
• Roosevelt Avenue from NW 25th Street to NW 28th Street (water and sewer).

This project is in Council District 2. The construction will impact the North Side neighborhood association, Diamond Hill-Jarvis neighborhood association, Far Greater Northside Historical neighborhood association and the Inter-District 2 Alliance.
