Water and sewer lines will be rehabilitated on various streets that are south of West Devitt Street, west of the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way, north of West Anthony Street and east of Wayside Avenue.  In addition, all City-owned connecting lead services will be removed and replaced.

The affected area includes:

• Wayside Avenue from West Butler Street to West Dickson Street (water);
• Townsend Drive from West Devitt Street to West Biddison Street (water);
• West Drew Street from Hemphill Street to 6th Avenue (water);
• West Malta Avenue from College Avenue east to the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way (water);
• Flint Street from College Avenue east to the Union Pacific Railroad right-of-way (water);
• Travis Avenue from Flint Street to West Anthony Street (sewer).

This capital improvement project is in Council District 9.
