Water and/or sanitary sewer main improvements are scheduled for the southside area of Fort Worth. The project is bound by West Biddison to the north, Hemphill Street to the east, West Felix Street to the south, and Livingston Avenue to the west. The affected streets include:

• James Avenue from West Biddison Street to West Butler Street (water, sewer, storm drain and paving);
• James Avenue from West Dickson Street to Bolt Street (water, sewer and paving);
• Hemphill Street from West Boyce Avenue to West Felix Avenue (water, sewer and paving);
• Willing Avenue from West Biddison Street to West Dickson Street (water, sewer and paving);
• West Waggoman Street from Hemphill Street to College Avenue (water and paving);
• Livingston Avenue from West Biddison Street to West Dickson Street (water and paving).
