Due to proposed development in the Southside IV service area, it is necessary to install a pump station and hydropneumatic tank to provide increased capacity and delivery reliability to future customers.

The proposed site for the Southside IV Pump Station and hydropneumatic tank is just south of the Sun Country Elevated tank near the intersection of Stewart Feltz Road and Stewart Feltz Road. This is west and north of Chisholm Trail Parkway, south of West McPherson Road and east of Old Granbury Road.

This capital improvement project is in Council District 6.
