  • Phase 2 picked up at Windham Street and proceeded south through the former 9-hole Sycamore Creek Golf Course to south of East Vickery Boulevard (complete)
  • Phase 3 - Sycamore Creek South Wastewater Improvements - extends from Vickery to Cobb Park Drive (construction; projected end date is October 2023)
  • Sycamore Creek Sewer Rehabilitation (construction/projected end date is September 2023)
  • Phase 4A and 4B - Sycamore Creek Phase 4A & 4B Wastewater Improvements - is the final phase that is responsible for constructing a sewer main - parallel to an existing sewer main (Phase 4A is in final design with a projected end date of  December 2026; Phase 4B is in preliminary design with a projected end date of April 2027)
