Water and sanitary sewer mains will be replaced in an area bound by Normandale Street and W Loop 820 South to the west, Clarke Avenue to the north, Simondale Drive and Texas Christian University to the east and West Berry Street to the south.

Easement between Washington Terrace and Thomas Place from Camp Bowie Boulevard to Hermosa Street (sewer)
Construction may impact the Como neighborhood association, Ridglea North neighborhood association, Ridglea Area neighborhood alliance, Colonial Hills neighborhood association, Bomber Heights neighborhood association, West Side Alliance and Crestline neighborhood association.
Project landmarks include Texas Christian University, Rivercrest Country Club, Luella Merrett Elementary School and Lake Como Park.
