This is a multi-phase project to reduce flooding in the Westcliff and South Hills neighborhoods. Part of the project involves installing new larger pipes and strategically relocating other pipes that carry heavy rain water away from residents and streets.

This project is located in Council Districts 3 and 9.

March 2026 Project Status

• Paving work is complete.
• Some minor utility work remains.
• The project is substantially complete and the final punch list items to address are expected to be complete this month.
